  • Changeover is Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00.
  • Bed linen and towels are included.
  • Electricity included 1st May - 1st October. For rentals during April and October electricity is charged on an honesty system from your meter reading and charged at cost (currently 10 cents per unit)
  • 50% deposit is required to secure your booking; the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, together with a damage deposit of £200 / €200.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque in Euros or by credit card. For the latter we add 3.7% to the rental price to cover charges.
