We all liked staying at Le Lézard. Brian said to tell you it’s the best equipped holiday home we’ve ever been in - the beds are very comfortable and the house has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard! We really appreciated the big range of kitchen equipment – having discovered the soufflé dish I even got round to making one. First time I’ve done that on holiday. Thanks very much for making everything so comfortable.

We had a really great time. We all thought the house was great, we had many a nice drink of Guiness up on the terrace. Three of us went skiing to Les Angles and Font Romeu. The others went off to the coast a couple of times, and also into Perpignan, which they really liked.
All in all, we had a great time, and time permitting we would not hesitate to come again. Thanks very much

You will be glad to hear that everything has run smoothly while we have been here and that we think your house is very well equipped and thought out. To my particular delight we found a gecko hiding behind the shutters in the sitting room in week two. The house martins and swallows have been giving us aerobatic displays every time we go out on the terrace. Thank you for the bottle of local wine, this was consumed quite smartly in our first couple of days.

Just to let you know that we had a terrific holiday at Prades. The house was very comfortable, and a great base for exploring a fascinating part of France. Thanks for organising everything so efficiently - our only problem was travelling with Flybe – the 26 hour delay at Birmingham was not a good start to the break! But the lovely atmosphere of Prades and the local food and wine soon cheered us up. I trust everything is in order at the house.

Today was market day, and we had a great time looking at the variety of items for sale.
Our train leaves for Milan early Thursday morning, and we will certainly miss Prades!

We had a wonderful time thank you. House was perfect for us. Very spacious with great communal areas. Really liked the location - as you said, the benefits of a traditional French village but well located with lots of things to do.
Managed the walk up and down Canigou - although turned round 50m from the top due to a sudden change in weather. Nearly as treacherous as the drive in a brand new Renault Scenic up to Marialles! (where we started the walk).
Really enjoyed: Tuesday Market, Gorge de Caranca, Gorge de La Fou, Collioure, the lake at Vinca, Cascade Anglais, spa at Thomas les Bains, Ceret, Amelie Les Bains, lake at Les Angles, cooking meals in the house, enjoying a drink on the terrace in the early evening.

We will recommend you and will no doubt return to the area some day.

Just to say thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely house in Prades. You are so lucky to have such a nice place in such a good position. We loved being able to get fresh bread etc in the morning and then when we returned in the evening be able to walk to bars and restaurants.
The whole area up to the mountains and down to the coast is very picturesque with plenty to do and see. We loved flying into and out of Perpignan Airport - how stress free!
And England won the rugby on Saturday - Phil loved watching it in a French bar!
